not have a customer wait 4 hours for medicine that was sent in at 830 am for it not to be ready and tell me to come back at 4pm. Didn't realize you needed 8 hours to fill to scripts that I really need. I will not be back
●Pros: most staff is friendly. Location is convenient, the only other choice would be the town of orchard park or hamburg. They are open 7 days a week. In general, I like that CVS has the option to get a text when the script is ready. There's a drive thru. Questions about meds are answered professionally. ●Cons: a few times there have been staff that were unhelpful, like it would be a bother.
