I have been going to this CVS for nearly a year now and the service has become absolutely horrible. I went there for my COVID booster and the personal were rude and arrogant. I recently went on two occasions to pick up prescriptions and they couldn’t find the information and were again rude and almost nasty. I’ll never go there again and will change pharmacies.

Seriously understaffed. There appears to only be one employee, on the floor, most of the time. This is the only person to run register, assist with photo prints, take passport photos, AND assist customers that may need help. I remember, when there was never more than 3 people in line. Now, I've seen lines 10 deep, with no one else coming to help. Never mind unloading truck, putting out new stock, facing, signing, or cleaning the store! CVS is not what it used to be �
