It’s impossible to call with a simple question- you only get the option to leave a message after jumping through a bunch of automated hoops, and if it’s not during pharmacy hours you can’t even do that. The phone system is SO tedious and annoying. The hours are also awful at this location.
Highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff are helpful and make sure you leave there with no questions and feel confident with your medications. The one staff member that assisted me was a pharmacist who was super busy, but took out the time to assist me and make sure my new insurance was put in. He didn't act like he was too good to help customers, he jumped right in and helped out!
At one time I was very happy with the CVS Target Cicero, NY. Ever since they employed this one certain pharmacy tech the customer service has gone downhill. Extremely rude to all customers. This last time I was there, I tried to pay for my over the counter allergy medication when I picked up my prescriptions. I was very curtly informed I needed to go to Targets line to pay for my allergy med for it’s not a prescription. The staff here is amazing, but ever since they changed their automated phone system it is next to IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone. It doesn't give you an option to even leave a message unless you fight with the automated system. I don't know why they changed it. The old automated system was so much easier and useful. Big flop for the customer service side of things.
