I am done with this branch. They never seem to be able to fill my prescription without me having to return to the store repeatedly. Apparently the man at the Rx counter does not know how to provide customer service. If you can, go elsewhere. And look at their response. They put the burden on me to figure out what they are doing wrong instead of addressing it themselves. IMHO, this huge chain should be able to train their staff and stock their shelves without my help.
I've never had a problem with CVS. They go above and beyond for me and all their customers
