Needed a prescription filled on a Sunday evening, this was the only pharmacy in the area open. called to check if prescription was ready, was informed it's not even entered in the system. called an hour later, was told to come pick it up in 30minutes. Arrived. have been waiting for an hour with a sick child. incompetent, inept, rude. never returning here again.

Ignorant pharmacy tech yesterday giving me an attitude! I will return to the Derry Street location where the customer services is great! This was my first visit and last visit to this location!

Very disappointed, why would u have expired meds on the shelf? Then when you call to let them know you bought something expired and they should check the others they don't even apologize for the inconvenience. Ridiculous.

Scripts are never ready even if called in 3-4 days earlier. The staff is pretty nice most of the time. It doesnt make up for the disorganization.

I love the convenience of the 24 hour pharmacy. But you may have just lost a customer today. My wife needed her pills refilled, she called them in at 2:20pm set the pick up time for 4pm. I arrived around 5pm and they weren't ready. The store was busy today, but this wasn't the first time this has happened. She has had pills on auto refill and when called they weren't ready. So we just started calling them in. And they still aren't ready. So I'm serious considering going back to Target.
