I highly recommend the Lantana CVS for all of your vaccination needs. It’s easy to schedule an appointment. Reminders were appropriate and I was able to quickly check-in. The room was clean, organized and private. My technician was professional and friendly.
I had a flu vaccine today and it was such an excellent experience! The pharmacist was friendly and kind and made me feel totally at ease! I recommend this CVS for all of your pharmacy needs
We made appts for our flu shots for 10am. Arrived and we sat and waited for 30 minutes after our scheduled appt time. Finally the lady comes out of the room and takes a person that had a appt scheduled after our 10am time. When I said what is going on, she said I am sorry we are running behind. I said I understand but our appt is before the person you took back. She asked me my name and looked at her computer and said “oh.” We said “no worries” and walked out. So frustrating!
Great service in the pharmacy area by Eric. He seems to be working every time I visit. Very courteous & always willing to help.
CVS Lantana is an excellent pharmacy with pharmacist that are professional and knowledgeable, polite and kind. There is a sense of respect and privacy. The pharmacists provide good advice and information, answer questions and are attentive.
