I dont reccomend the cvs in cohoes ny. Jen will sleep with your spouse. mind you she doesnt even know the men. she has caused my family much duress. keep your men out of that store. Jen is in heat.
Waited almost an hour for a script . Was told would be ready in 15 minutes. Staff was friendly but that’s an excessive wait time for something that should have been ready .
2 scripts of VITAMINS picked up yesterday. I go take them today and out of 120 pills there are only 29 in bottle and out of 30 there are only 23. Count your pills people or don't use them at all and save yourself the headaches. Plus the woman I dealt with was rude and could use some customer service training. I'm sure the pharmacist won't call me back...
i have been having nothing but problems at this cvs for several months now and last Tuesday my friend brought me there after having surgery to pick up mu medicine. it was a workers comp related med...the woman said i couldnt have it because it had to be approved. well that was tge pharmacys mistake. then another woman came to the window.she proceded to swear at the employees, using the F word.then she said to me and my friend "we f'd up and then used the F word a couple more times. i do not understand why the woman is still ... read more
Clean store and courteous sales person it's a pleasure shopping there
I refuse to do business anyplace else for my husband and I medication. They are right there to explain things to me, Mike ,the pharmacist is amazingly courteous, fills me in on everything I need to know, and when I drop my scripts off early ( which is every month) he makes sure to call and let me know they're ready. Everything about the pharmacy, as well as the store is great. I would recommend them to everyone. It will always be my store to go too, I wouldn't go anyplace else.
