This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used! They are slow, inefficient, poorly stocked, and rude. Calling ahead of time and sitting on hold for 15 minutes to make sure the script is actually ready when you get there isn’t even effective.
I sat there last night and watched as the pharmacist treated the customers with nothing but disrespect, saying if you want buy something other then your prescriptions then go up front. She told that to a woman paying for a bag of prescriptions and only trying to buy a coke. 1/2/2020 what a wonderful way to start a year off right. It would not have been bad but this is the treatment I witnessed with most of the customers. Sorry CVS GOODBYE PICK BETTER PHARMACY EMPLOYEES
I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years and the service here is HORRIBLE and I will be moving all my prescription! I have been trying to get my daughters prescription since Sunday. I don’t know what happen to this location but someone in higher management needs to evaluate the staff and the customer service. Just lost a customer.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Waited an hour to pick up prescriptions that were already filled then on top of that they are chatting with each other while tons of people are in line and leaving... then tell me my insurance isn’t active so have to give them my card ... finally for my prescriptions i will not be back!
The pharmacy people have really bad customer service problems!! Will never ever use their pharmacy again!! And this is being said after giving chances after chances to change the way they act towards me!! And going over their heads to main office still didn't change a thing!!
This is the worst store ever to get meds filled! They are so slow!
