Clean, well stocked, full of competent good-natured associates who know their job and are there to help
CVS knows my age and relevant diagnosis. I was very frustrated when my arthritis medication was delivered in child-proof containers I cannot possibly open. Now I have to make another trip to the pharmacy to get tops I can open. Also, the bottle for my eye drops has such thick walls I struggle to get a drop out. There are alternative options which Rite Aid had the smarts to use.
CVS Pharmacy was great when you could call them and immediacy be able to talk to a pharmacist, or wait on the line for a couple minutes to talk to a pharmacist. But their new automated system where you have to leave a message for a call back in order to get in contact with and talk to a pharmacist is terrible. However the only saving grace is the pharmacist Jennifer, she is the best and always so sweet. Whenever I come in she knows my name and remembers me- please give her a raise and a bonus.
CVS has quite an imperfect reservation system for vaccines. It just does not work if there is even a minor glitch in the way that a client to register for a Vaccine. And, of course, CVS cannot/will not answer the phone, To rectify any issues. CVS relies way too much on computer computers, and not enough on competent people to manage its operations.
