South Hulen location has the slowest pharmacy ever. It has only gotten worse after the pandemic hit. I have been to the location 3 times this week to pick up my son’s prescription and I still don’t have it. The line has been 5-9 cars every time. We waited two times and realized that each car was taking about 15 minutes in the drive thru and not during testing times. Sitting in line now and there are 9 cars. My husband was released from hospital on July 4 following a very extensive operation. I arrived at this particular CVS to fill his prescriptions. It was about 10 minutes until 2pm. The pharmacy was closing at 2pm. The two pharmacists on duty were beyond rude. They had no intention of filling the pain medications because they were ready to go home. I hope the corporate office realized they lack of concern list them over $1000 worth of prescriptions. We haven pulled all out business from CVS at this point.
