Most of the time I go to pick up my prescriptions I am waiting in line for a good 20min.or more. I do feel that maybe it's because they are understaffed.
Worst pharmacy. People with zero knowledge. This should be some cosmetic or grocery store than a pharmacy. Never fill prescriptions on time. Don’t inform people on time about delays. I had a surgery and medicine was delayed for 2 days and I see this information on the app not even a phone call.
The pharmacy was over a month late filling my Insulin prescription, and were dismissive when asked about updates on when it would be ready. They then proceeded to loose my insurance information and require me to pay the full cost or go without Insulin until they could resolve the issue.
