I usually have a good service but was kept waiting and no one to help. What is worse I was getting constant texts that my prescription was ready! But no one would look at me. I will go elsewhere.
I scheduled a vaccination and was there at the designated time. Found out that they messed up the scheduling because they offered times when they weren’t open. After standing in line for 40 minutes waiting on someone I was treated horribly by the staff. Never use this location for vaccines.
Stupid that this store in Target does not share the same hours of operation. and worse they close down for a while during their operations. Obviously this is designed to transfer the CVS workers' wages to their executives. As customers this just what we must deal with when monopolies exist.
We normally go to this CVS for our pharmacy need and we didn't have any issue. The staff is nice and very helpful.
