A prescription had mistakenly been filled at a CVS in FL where we have a winter home. The CVS staff at Target, Streetsboro, OH were able to correct that order and fill it in a matter of minutes. Thank you!
I have been using this pharmacy for most of my life, although in the last 6-ish months, a newer lady has been hired to take care of the evening shifts, I assume. The original guy has always been great, and I've had no trouble with him; however, the newer lady, for the last three times I have visited, has pushed me away. I have a thyroid condition, which is apparent by the meds I have to take, and in my first experience with said lady, she made comments about the weight of every person in line. Michael Rose was very helpful today (1st time we had him) in answering all my husband's questions in regards to his medicine change and other diabetic options that had been suggested and their side effects. He was patient and knowledgeable. We appreciate great service and personal interaction. Great job CVS in who you hire. It doesn't go unnoticed! The other pharmacists we've had at this CVS are equally great! Being older they make us feel like it's our hometown corner drug store. That deserves 5
I have found the Pharmacist to be very helpful. He follows up on prescriptions I need and has them ready before I run out!
