If there's more than 1 car in the drive through DONT GO. Everytime I go I wait for 30-45 minutes. Yes I hear you " just go on!" Karen, I have 3 kids. I was at CVS in Syracuse tonight and checked out around 7:25 PM MST. There were no visible employees anywhere in the store. I actually looked back at the door looking for the hours to ensure it was intended to be open. Another person came in right after us and was ready to check out about 6 minutes before. The overhead announcement came in that help was needed at the checkout. No one came. Absolute silence in the store. I was back by the pharmacy to purchase a few first aid items. Impossible to reach a human being in the pharmacy by phone.
Not great. The merchandise selection was strange and the prices high, accross the board. I went for one thing. They were completely out. I bought some nuts and candy $25+ later. I was forget this place. I went to another store. Much better and larger than the little new one.
Found what I needed & staff was friendly!
