Does not even warrant one star! Edit: The district leader, Chris, was AWFUL! He didn’t investigate, didn’t listen to the audio, and didn’t even ask my side. It has been escalated further. Up until today, CVS has been absolutely fantastic! Today’s experience has ruined everything, and I’m not sure I can go back. I have had a prescription sitting on my daughter’s profile for over 17 days that has not been filled, but it is not at the fault of the pharmacy. Great customer service, very helpful. Not to busy to not assist with question or ringing me out. Jayla was excellent as well as the young man, both working on 5/18 PR was great and should all employees, practices this. Needed badly, in many other stores. Give HER a bonus, well deserved. I worked retail for over 20 yrs. So I see a good and out if her way, to help the customers, like she did, deserves recognition. Doesn't always happen in other retail outlets. 🤔🤨
