Does not even warrant one star! Edit: The district leader, Chris, was AWFUL! He didn’t investigate, didn’t listen to the audio, and didn’t even ask my side. It has been escalated further. Great customer service, very helpful. Not to busy to not assist with question or ringing me out. Jayla was excellent as well as the young man, both working on 5/18 PR was great and should all employees, practices this. Needed badly, in many other stores. Give HER a bonus, well deserved. I worked retail for over 20 yrs. So I see a good and out if her way, to help the customers, like she did, deserves recognition. Doesn't always happen in other retail outlets. 🤔🤨
I was in line 10 mins before it closed, the person in front got done and they shut the window on me. I needed the medication for my son. I work in the retail industry and when there are people in line before closing time, you wait to serve them. Ridiculous.
