My daughter has been filling prescriptions ar Fry for 17 years. She took our grandson to get his precriptions refilled and the doctor sent them to this CVS. My grandson has had asthma for 11 years and gets 4 prescription for it. When we went to pick up the meds we didn't check them until we got home. They didn't fill his epipens! We called and they said the insurance (they have had the same insurance for 17 years) would not cover them. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with - my prescriptions are NEVER filled correctly - ever!!! And now its 730 and I am told their system is rebooting - after coming here for the 3rd time this week - as again the prescription was filled incorrectly and now I have to wait 20 minutes for the system to do its shutdown- why isn't this done not during customer hours???!!? Unfortunately- this is the only one near my house that my insurance will use.
Pharmacy Staff So Unprofessional. No greeting, just Last Name. A greeting goes a long way... With so many other Pharmacies, I'm not required to send my Prescriptions here.
I am smi. go to get my meds every month there's a problem they say my insurance got deleted or the systems down. you have a huge impact when I can't take my meds regularly. get your stuff together!!!!!
