I have patiently waited for someone to contact me about my horrible experience at the 3801 southwest green oaks CVS pharmacy and I have yet to get one apology. Not once but twice I was treated with disrespect and complete rudeness. Having worked retail during a holiday I am probably more understanding than most but am still in shock that a company allows such udder rudeness by its employees and managers. Moved everything to another pharmacy. Been notified 6 times this week that prescription is ready, go to pick it up and told waiting on doctor to refill. Doctor refilled 17 days ago. Went to pick it up today after another text and not ready?? Was told 30 minutes it would be ready. Come back in 45 and told it's not ready because "we are short staffed" and the intercom phone is thrown down and I'm ignored.
