They never have my prescriptions ready on time. I take cardiac meds. I can’t afford to wait 48 hours because they are whatever excuse they are using for that day. If my insurance did not dictate my using them I would go to any other pharmacy. It’s just sad.
This is the worst pharmacy...I have been forced for insurance reasons to go there ...customer service is terrible...always a wait for everything
The service at our CVS is horrible!!!! I am forced but my insurance company to use CVS. I waiting and waited and ended up leaving without my prescription. A day and a half later I still have not picked up my prescpition because I went there again and the same thing. People have gotten the wrong medications in the past on top of the lack of help.
