I had an extremely upsetting experience with a new pharmacist Jaylen at this location today. My sister, who suffers from PTSD due to past domestic violence, was spoken to in a raised and aggressive tone multiple times. Instead of showing basic compassion and professionalism, this pharmacist escalated the situation and reduced her to tears. I have been coming to this pharmacy for a couple months and the techs and all of the pharmacists are very professional, i've never had any issues, but I went there today to pick up medicine before twelfth and I overheard a new pharmacist, I don't know his name literally on the phone with somebody. Yelling at them. Jaylen is the rudest pharmacist I ever dealt with . He called me 9:09 am to tell me that my meds would be ready at 11 Then I called at 15 till 11 cause the cvs app said I might need approval so I was double checking my the really sweet lady said no it's fine . Then she asked him if it was gonna be ready at 11 with all my other meds . He said no it's 12 .
