679 dollars for an ear drop ? After calling and calling to get clarification I finally found out with a prescription card I would have only paid 83 bucks. Why would you not offer this to your customers? That is not Ok !
Yet again, they provide contradicting information. They tried to tell me that my physicians doesn’t accept their requests for refills BUT she does! How do i know this, they did it with a couple but not all. They don’t see to care if you’re out of your heart, BP, breathing or insulin. This CVS is particularly bad!!
Every time I come they have messed up out prescriptions. They are very rude and have absolutely no customer service skills!! I’m so switching!! Your life is in danger here!!
The store at Old Barnwell Road in West Columbia, SC has the rudest and worst pharmacists around but I’m forced to use this because of my insurance plan. They don’t auto refill like Walgreens does. Just horrible service all the way around.
