Worse pharmacy I ever had to deal with.
they keep screwing up my prescriptions. saying i picked them up when i havent. im tired of it and as soon as i get a car iam changing pharmacies.
I have had nothing but bad experiences at this pharmacy. I should have kept my prescriptions in Albany. Vanessa is rude and the prescription number on my prescription comes up as someone else's name. I have told them multiple times and it is not fixed.
I hate this pharmacy (in Troy, NY on Third St) but it's the only walkable one downtown. They are always too busy and have horrible customer service. They put me on hold, then hung up on me. They told me they were filling a prescription, it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came 45 minutes later, and they said they haven't filled it yet. So, here I wait...
there pretty accurate but i dont like when they run out of meds especially when they are controlled substances smh all good lately though
