My husband has walked into this pharmacy, waited in line for 20 minutes each time to be told they don’t have his script AFTER calling us saying they have filled it! They have two patient profiles on him. I have asked them to resolve this for a year now. Plus the person at the counter would not turn around and walk ten steps to check if the script was in the filled basket! Where it was all along. I long for the days when service mattered!
They can never get my prescription correct and when it is promised.
