Awful customer service. Rude and uncaring. Instead of offering solutions to help me get my meds after surgery, she complained about how much time she had spent and would have to spend on my situation. And this is not a one time issue at this CVS. Bad attitudes. Switching to Kroger after being a CVS customer for years.

Not the most prompt nor helpful pharmacy. I have never had a 'bad' pharmacy experience before .... but this store has been poor 2 times a row. I guess time to find another.
I usually do ok at this location. Today was BAD. I went to purchase water because there were TWO signs in front of them stating that they were on sale for 2.79. I grabbed one of those and a bag of chips, my order was $5 and some change. I told her that there was a sign in front of the water saying 2.79. She said "there are tags.?" I said two of them. Worst customer service in pharmacy department. They could care less about you or how long you wait. They have no answers to common questions. I hate CVS, stupid caremark/cvscares insurance
