Last week, I was on hold with the pharmacy for over 30 minutes and never spoke with anyone. In fact, I ended up driving to that CVS, while still on hold, went to the pharmacy and was greeted at that time, while I was still on hold with my cell phone in my hand. I told the manager that I am still on hold, as I was standing right in front of him. RecommendedFlu shot. Quick easy and painless.
I went in and my greeting was "We're closing soon". I purchased 2 gift cards and an allergy medicine. While at the register I told the clerk Lena that I had 2 coupons and she said "It's too late you have to put them in first". They will be hearing from me tomorrow morning! �
Terrible in here. Very few smiling faces. Most are borderline rude. Not the first time i have experienced this. Told it would be 1/2 hour wait since their app didn't work and my scripts weren't ready. It has now been 45 min with no sign of progress.
