Called pharmacy refill Sunday. Doctor needed to call in refill as I had 0 refills. No response by Tuesday. I asked cvs to call. They did. I called again later. Tech told me my docs were short staffed and prob haven’t gotten around to it. I called my docs again as I had called them once Monday morning to not get thru. They immediately faxed my RX. I go in later that evening to cvs pharm to pick up. They had the fax but was in the bottom of their 20+ fax stack. They said they’d fill it. It would be 10 mins. I left. I go back i... read more
