I am absolutely appalled by this company. This location isn’t great but it’s not really the fault of the employees there - most of them are very friendly and helpful. However the way CVS treats its employees is atrocious. To start, they seldom train properly which has caused numerous issues in the past for me as a customer. If I could give zero stars I would. They are judgemental, rude and lie about policy to customers! Lots of better places to go in Ludlow for anything you need.
