I went to the Doctor today, turns out I have pneumonia. I called the pharmacy to ask if they were all ready. I don't feel well enough to go twice. I had the displeasure of speaking to Stephanie in the pharmacy. She was rude from the second she answered. Stephanie should not work with the public. Her customer service skills are deplorable.
Rude staff. Very unhelpful. The last time I used them, they gave nearly 3x the amount of antibiotics that the doctor prescribed and instructed me to finish all of the antibiotics. If a prescription from them doesn't look right, call your doctor and double check!!
Great sales! I just didn't receive my last purchase reward.
Waited over 2 hours with 2 sick kids and they forgot 1 medication
