Staff are always friendly and try to be helpful. They order medications when they're needed. However, for some reason, CVS just cannot seem to get meds in on time. So my refills are always late, or I need to drive across Des Moines to get my medicine (best case scenario). Also, the hours are really restrictive (they close early and over lunch, for example, so they're essentially closed when anyone is off work). Five stars for the staff, one star for competence of corporate. I'm switching pharmacies.

I’ve gotta update my review to praise the pants off of Angie. Literally the best pharmacist in Des Moines.
I love this one even tho now I hardly go to this location. I do miss seeing the other staff that were transferred to newer locations. I still can pick up my medication when I need too. Love the text messages to let me know my medication is ready
