I always have a great experience with the pharmacy until today. Melissa was undeniably rude with snide comments that were not helpful at all or appreciated. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP. Absolutely ridiculous.
I absolutely love the ease of shopping at CVS. Their customer service has gone above & beyond Walgreens or Rite-aid. I have been treated terribly at multiple locations and refuse to ever shop there. The rewards programs are also much more difficult to use. I drive past the other store just to shop at the New Albany, County Line Rd CVS. Kenz and the whole team are just outstanding!
