solon cvs (the pharmacy) is complete trash. they give me a hard time every single time I fill my non narcotic medication knowing I do not live in this city they tell me they can't fill my non narcotic medication because its 2 days too early. doing this during covid? .... then when they actually decide (because they pick and chose and i can prove that) to fill my prescription they take past close to do it...its never 20 minutes like every other pharcacy its literally hours or they try to tell me to come back the next day then... read more
Drop my prescription off at 8:40 pm came back at 945 to pick them up from Warrensville Heights.. To arrive there and the pharmacist tell me she's not filling my prescription because the doctor is not from the area.. Why wouldn't you have the common decency to call your customer and tell them that.. She was rude and I did not appreciate the way she made me feel.. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow morning
