The ads on television show customer service as top-notch professionals, friendly always there for you. NOT SO! I called to get a prescription transferred over From another store instead, the guy hung up on me so I called the second time to explain my current situation and His reply was why are you calling us? We don’t do that sort of thing Why are you calling us?and Rudely hung up on me A second time! Do not ever repeat do not use them ever!
This (hopefully not permanent) new crew at this pharmacy could not be worse. What a tragic business move by CVS to have these rude, nasty, incompetent women here. GET THEM OUT! The team with Tony etc are fantastic, kind, intelligent professionals, not the rough animals currently there. CVS CORPORATE ALLERT!
This pharmacy is the worst - don’t use if you don’t have to! After putting up with poor service for a year (yes, apparently I’m a glutton for punishment) I showed up today to pick up my latest prescription. While I was waiting the male pharmacist (I think he’s the head pharmacist) yelled at an elderly woman for asking where the bandaids were located. I love the staff at this CVS target pharmacy. They work so hard. Unfortunately I see people berate them for insurance issues that are NOT the issues of the pharmacist and staff.
