Love this pharmacy and the awesome pharmacist and staff. They always seem happy to see me and I’m a regular. Never too much of a wait and they always answer their phones!!
So much nicer than rite aid mill valley who are the worst. I love th staff, friendly and the pharmacist is knowledgeable and has helped us so much.
The rudest staff ever!!! They cannot be bothered to help or respond with politeness. I’ve called the corporate office to complain, calling the headquarters now! Pharmacist is beyond rude, including the staff.
Just called them to find out if they delivered prescriptions and guy on the other end of the line would only respond with "CVS charges for everything. We're the monopoly." I don't care about how CVS runs their business. I just needed to know if they offered delivery for prescriptions. Not a hard question, but apparently impossible for a CVS employee to answer. I don't want to play chess with pigeons. So, on to the next. How are these guys still in business??
