This pharmacy is the worst - don’t use if you don’t have to! After putting up with poor service for a year (yes, apparently I’m a glutton for punishment) I showed up today to pick up my latest prescription. While I was waiting the male pharmacist (I think he’s the head pharmacist) yelled at an elderly woman for asking where the bandaids were located. I love the staff at this CVS target pharmacy. They work so hard. Unfortunately I see people berate them for insurance issues that are NOT the issues of the pharmacist and staff.
Open at their convenience not the customer’s No weekend hours or evening hours and closed for long lunch- Poor communication Can’t pick up a prescription because they aren’t open after 6 and now they are closed until Monday. So much for taking the prescribed antibiotics this weekend
Love this pharmacy and the awesome pharmacist and staff. They always seem happy to see me and I’m a regular. Never too much of a wait and they always answer their phones!!
So much nicer than rite aid mill valley who are the worst. I love th staff, friendly and the pharmacist is knowledgeable and has helped us so much.
