Unprofessional people! 1- any time I request to refill a prescription, they make some kind of mistake (wrong size of needle, wrong quantity, etc.) and I always need to go back a second time to get the correct one! 2- I get text messages from them asking me to refill a prescription that I told 100times (on the phone, in persone and via text) not to refill! 3- 5 months ago I went to order a medicine. Well. It's the second time going to pick up the medicines it's not ready then cvs text me it's ready it's not since last week text me and I'm went yesterday about costumes service mmmm just said are not
I like this store because it's always well stocked and the cashiers and pharmacy staff are always friendly and curteous, I've been going there since 1999 and I've never had a bad experience .
Very poor customer service . I stopped going here because staff are unprofessional . Too bad its the closest one to me but i'd rather drive to a different location than deal with the staff here who don't smile at all , rude and ignorant of their own policy.
