Pharmacy employees need some coaching on how to treat customers. Checked in for an appointment for a flu shot. They told me I wasn't on their list and I needed to go to the minute clinic. After waiting 30 minutes the kind lady called back to the pharmacy who acknowledged i did have an appointment. I went back to the pharmacy, asked to talk to the employee who had wasted my time.
