Wonderful staff and pleasant shopping experience. Never to busy to help a customer.
I'll be honest and a couple years ago I absolutely did not like this pharmacy. A lot of bad attitudes and wrong information. Within the last year I can say it's made some great improvements and I enjoy going there now. The pharmacists seem friendly, and the staff are all great. Sometimes I see what they have to deal with on a regular basis and I give them a lot of credit.
I like this pharmacy because it's got a drive thru. I dropped off my script here yesterday, and I asked the man at the window not to fill it using a particular generic because it gives be really bad headaches, I said use anything but that or return my script. He was nice enough to check and told me it was NOT the generic they used and not to worry. I’m becoming less happy with THIS CVS at 191 North Main St., in Attleboro every time I go. This was my latest issue...The lady at the pharmacy can’t understand why I didn’t want to pay $15.73. I explained my almonds are on sale for $5.49 and my calendar is 50% off of $3.99 so I should be paying less than $7.49 plus tax. Great selection of stuff, and friendly staff!
The pharmacists here are absolutely wonderful to me. I have issues from time to time with my Rx or my Insurance (MH),.. and they have gone above and beyond for me. I see them treating other regular customers with the same service. Once you get to know some like Tracey, Vanessa, Robin, and Rebecca they will always have your back. Just be honest to them about your situation & they will do there best.
The staff at this cvs is the best i have ever dealt with, they are very nice and accommodating. I will not go anywhere else.
