My baby has a prescription and passed 1 month, no one is helping to process the order. it is the worst Pharmacy I used until now in USA.
Update : The Manager gave me a call a few days after I filled out a requested survey by CVS and he was very apologetic and kind despite this not being of his own doing. I really appreciate how respectful he was and ensured he'd have a conversation with the clerk. For that reason, I will updated my review to a 4 instead of a 1. I was disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the clerk at the pharmacy. When I asked if my insurance was on file, she replied, “What? Is $16 too much for you to pay?” and rolled her eyes.
