Great customer service experience at the drive through counter as well as at a Pharmacy Counter. The overall experience at this location is much better than at CVS located at nearby Scioto Darby location.
The AI answering the phone is incredibly unhelpful and will hang up. There is no option to speak with a human.
Always friendly and always ask if I have any questions, pharmacist often comes to the window to make sure my meds may not conflict with one other.I generally go thru the drive thru and don’t very often go inside the store but when I have the people are very helpful .
