I’m just very displeased with my most recent visit which pains me to say cause I’ve never had a bad experience however, I don’t appreciate the two pharmacists making me feel so judged for picking up my stimulant. I felt like I was being poorly judged for wanting to pick up MY OWN MEDICATION. I understand it’s their job to review the risk especially because I’m pregnant but seeing that I took the medication prior to being pregnant and stopped shortly in the first trimester because I wasn’t in school doesn’t make it new to me.... read more
Customer serves really bad
I always have a great experience at CVS/Target. Unfortunately, sometimes the lines are long, but the service is great. The staff is friendly and very professional. They always make me feel comfortable.
Had a prescription sent here from a different CVS because it’s marked in stock. I then call and leave a vm of when I can get it picked up? This women calls me shortly after leaving a vm on my phone saying they are behind…by 3 days. I think to myself that’s crazy, but the app says I can pickup tomorrow, by which I need to take my dose. I think to myself ok. Worst case I transfer to a different CVS. I get another call an hour later from the same pharmacy and same women saying my meds are ready.
