I set up an appoint for two vaccines. I received a text saying just one was unavailable, so I went to just get the other one. I came and walked all the way to the pharmacy just to be told that their freezer/fridges were down and the vaccines were unavailable. A) If the vaccines are unavailable, why let me set up an appointment B) Why did I not receive a call to tell me this instead of making me come all the way there just to say they were unavailable. 5 stars across the board! Hard working, caring, genuine, helpful, greetings by name and with a smile; what more could anyone ask?
The very best pharmacy I have used since moving to Ohio. A chain pharmacy but definitely the feel of a smaller pharmacy with every one of the staff I have met being extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have gone I believe above and beyond for me. I have a complex medication history and they have been on top of it every single time a change in anything is made. Will even call just to verify things with me. I think the whole staff is extremely efficient and excellent at what they do. Thank you for all you help.
