Came to this pharmacy last week and was met by the new “manager” Monica. It took me a while to get their attention since they were too busy doing a photo session with a can of Celsius in back while on the clock? lol. Let me start off by saying that Monica is a terrible pharmacist. This pharmacy has gone down hill since she started working here. Her customer service is an abomination and her clinical skills are severely lacking. I guess it makes sense why she works at CVS.

So im on automatic refill. Wednesday the cardiologist sent in a much needed script for afib medicine I hadn't heard a word by Friday so I called the doctor to see what the hold up was. Its been at CVS since Wednesday, I asked the man at CVS why I wasn't informed and he stated someone turned off the tex notification. I asked who and he insinuated that I did. Then he put the prescription in the drive thru feed rudely and disappeared. They are consistently bad, ill give them that.
Bring Yousif and Victoria back.
Second time having a horrible experience with a young middle eastern young man behind the counter. People working there should be trained to have more or at least some empathy with their customers. This is not the first time this man gives us terrible customer service hopefully he learns to take better care of customers as for me I'm taking my business somewhere else there is no need to keep going back, and it's a shame because I really enjoyed the convenience of doing my shopping a d picking up my perceptions.
