There's no way to talk to a real representative and the website/voice assistant incapable of providing assistance for my medication.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff was unprofessional and seemed to have little knowledge about prescriptions. Some medications that showed as available in the app were not actually in stock. While I was reviewing my medication, I was abruptly pulled out of line so they could attend to the next customer, leaving me waiting. Even though there were two pharmacists, only one billing counter was open. This was extremely rude and unacceptable. I will be changing my pharmacy location.
