Lillian Tran, RPh needs to be FIRED!!!!The pharmacy manager at this location is the absolute worst! Every time I have a prescription she tries her hardest to deny me my medication! I am pregnant and most of my prescriptions are antibiotics only had one pain pill prescription after having a tooth removed. If I could give zero stars, I would. The CVS pharmacy inside the Target on Grand Canyon Drive (Las Vegas / Summerlin South) is, without exaggeration, is the most dysfunctional, clueless pharmacy I have ever stepped foot in. It is staggering that the people behind this counter are managing prescription medications. They mess up literally everything they touch. Sandy , the Pharmacist , was rude , & lack proper customer service acumen. She is very intimidating and threatened to call the security on me ... She regarded me as a trouble maker , when , all what I asked is some clarification with regards to the medicine I'm picking up... She gave me a negative attitude - when, what she could have provided me , was , try to resolve the issue , by searching the root of the problem... I'm very disappointed by the way I was treated by Sandy.
Sandy was very rude, shame on her. The other staff was polite. She could learn something from them. Otherwise the wait was not too long at 10 in the morning. Do better Sandy…
