I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a long time, and the staff knows me by name and knows exactly what medications I take. That level of care and familiarity means so much to me. I never feel like just another customer — they genuinely care, and it shows every time I’m there.
Husband went to reill his life saving medication and was told no insurance was on file. He has not changed insurance company. When reached out to CVS was told the information was lost. So this company has insurance information being removed without permission from the customer. The security breach in your system is concerning
They supposedly opened at 11:00. It's 11:23 and the counter is closed because there's no pharmacist. Pathetic. From now on I'll be using the competitor pharmacy across the street. Goodbye CVS.
