Love yhe staff snd service at CVS pharmacy at 72 nd St Target
One staff member was incredibly rude. I was told to try not to pick up my prescription late because it takes a lot of effort. I am currently traveling frequently for work and dealing with personal constraints that make timing difficult. You do not know what someone may be going through, so comments like that are inappropriate. I asked another staff member what I could do if I needed to pick up my prescription at a later time. The person who made the rude comment then chimed in, even though I was not asking him.
The staff here is literally so inefficient. They make you “check in” on a tablet and you wait 15+ minutes just to pick up a simple prescription. It’s seriously so ridiculously slow how this place is.
I wish I could give no stars. This isn't the pharmacy issue but a corporate one. Staff accordingly. You closed down the stand-alone I used to frequent and this place i can't get meds the same day I need them. This is not ok.
