I had a problem with a prescription this morning and came into the Pharmacy to discuss the issue. When I told the pharmacist what my issue was she stated, "It's not my problem". She was completely unprofessional and no help at all. I understand my issue is a manufacturer issue but I expected the pharmacy to kindly direct me on what to do. Walgreens was out of my codeine cough syrup so I had to go to their other location on Blondo. Blondo proceeded to tell me that I had to wait for 2 hours for it to be filled. I left and went across the street to CVS, got my prescription filled and I was out within 15 minutes! Thank you so much CVS!
My husband has his prescription drugs filled with them. He has insurance and Medicaid no co-pay They are trying to charge him Being a diabetic he gets his test straps which is a different type of Medicaid I suggested they mark his account so they can switch the Medicaid and Medicaid for his strips. They should have it ready for you, when you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for them?
I have had the worst customer service experiences at this store! First time, i was buying Benadryl, at my doctor's recommendation and the clerk told me that based on what he read, as a Christian, he could not sell me Benadryl!! Today, i was using my credit card, and some type kind of error message popped up-- i said what does that mean? He said 'it means you don't have enough $$$ in your account, and you need to use cash. trying to get my daughter a antibiotic. Tuesday and Wednesday I was told when this cvs got the preauthorization that this pharmacy would have the medicine to fill the order, today they finally got the preauthorization and still the pharmacy said that they had to order the med after they had already told me twice that they had ordered it...wtf.
