I love all the perks of the Extra Care Card but the customer Service at the Bulverde and Evans location is not the greatest. I’ve been there on a few occasions and the gentleman at the night shift always questions my coupons. He doesn’t ask if I want to use them, I have to tell him I have coupons to use. Then he’ll ask if I want to use them all. Hello, yes I want to use them all and I’m not paying full price for everything.
1st cvs didn't have enough to fill the scrip then I asked to call another location closer and they called another that was further away and took over 30 min to fill. Plus they had 4 people working behind the counter. Not a good experience.
