Carlos went above and beyond resolving my issues in getting my meds. My VA ID did not serve as my pharmacy benefits card, for some reason, as it's the only one I have. I gave him the VA Urgent Care number, as advised by the Urgent Care nurse when I called. He didn't tell me that he couldn't do it, but instead, called them, called me twice for the information they were requesting (last 4 of SSN and Military ID #), then stayed on the phone with me to ensure no further information was needed and that the prescriptions were appr... read more
I appreciate the convenience of CVS in the community. I have moved recently from one state to another and I continue to get great service service from the pharmacy department and I also get the Reminders in addition to the amazing discounts on the receipts. I think most people may throw them away, but I use them every chance I get thank you CVS for your continued support and supplying me with the medication I need. Happy New Year!
