Zero Stars for Customer Service: Pharmacy. Guy walks in to CVS to get a flu shot. Reports to the appropriate window. Male pharmacist agrees to deliver flu shot “in a minute.” Male pharmacist then decides he needs to take his lunch break meaning guy would wait for 30 minutes when the shot could have already been delivered by this point. Guy walks out and won’t be back...
Need more employees. One person dealing with customers isn't enough.
Horrible. They had holiday hours 10-1400. But the website and voicemail didn't state that! There was a "man" (pharmacist?) behind the screen who wouldn't help either (at 900)!
Long lines at the pharmacy every since time. Manager is not proactive in they neglect to properly schedule adequate staffing for high volume times.
