A bit disorganized with communication and CVS Pharmacy in general has a terrible patient experience. This pharmacy is closest to my house so I have tried to make it my main pharmacy but they are too inconsistent. I was leaving town and had a prescription out of stock at another pharmacy. I went IN PERSON to ask if they had it in stock and they said yes. After waiting for my doctors office to transfer it over I was waiting for it to be filled. The day was lovely. Beautiful view and interesting activities
Only CVS Iwill shop at. Pharmacy all workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Store workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you go to counter someone will happily come right away to check you out. This cvs on Prytania and Louisiana is the only one that is completely customer service is number 1 importance. The pharmacy does well with some prescriptions but some they can never get right or on time. I have 2 that I have to go to the hospital pharmacy to get and pay extra just because cvs has proven that they can't handle them. Its pretty bad that I have to go to the hospital and pay extra because they have proven themselves as totally inadequate.
The pharmacist at Louisiana and magazine store is absolutely amazing, I cant remember her name but she went beyond and above to help me with my insurance issue. She's the best we need more ppl like her. Thank you Thank you
