I usually don’t complain but today when i’m about checking out and tell to the store manager about the price 9.75, he was not very nice, nasty and not even apologize for their mistake. I’m working in a service related business too and i hope people will be nice. Disappointed!
RecommendedCVS has been so wonderful, especially with staying up-to-date with CDC precautions. It's one of the very few places I now feel safe going to for supplies. Also, pharmacist Nate is amazing, as is everyone else in the pharmacy and the rest of the store. Thanks to all y'all for always being so helpful and keeping us safe. Stay healthy, y'all!
I would like CVS to explain to me why they make my teen leave his backpack out in the open in the front of the store because they are afraid he might steal, but when his backpack gets stolen, the manager refuses to help him. My child carries a backpack everywhere he goes because he is diabetic and carries life-saving medication with him. The manager showed no concern for a child in her store who had property stolen and was afraid that his medication and medical devices were gone. Absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I'm about to send you all an invoice for all my wasted time and gas. At least five times I've been told my med were ready then I show up and they're either not or out of stock. Done, transferring to Kroger.
Some girl tonight didnt take my printed coupons!! I always go to this CVS and this is the first time they did that to me! So I went to the Walgreenes and used the same coupons!! Im going back there tomorrow and complaining to the manager! Unreal!
