Hello, I’m not writing today to suggest improvements (though of course, there are always areas to improve), but rather to express my sincere gratitude to the team at the CVS Pharmacy on Hilliard Rome Rd (Target). Since the beginning of this year, I’ve been experiencing issues with my pharmacy insurance card. The new pharmacist refused to fill an over the counter medication even though I had a written prescription for it. Instead I would have to come in every 13-14 days & show my license. I had it called in to a different pharmacy. Had a vaccine given wrong were the medication was just under my skin, you could see a bruise from injection site & under that it was swollen red & itchy for 4 days.
