They do not take medication urgency seriously and majority of the staff always has an attitude as if they hate their jobs. I called last week and was lied to about a request being sent to my son’s doctor for a Rx change as I was told the original Rx was on back order. The girl working had an attitude about me even asking when she thought it might be off of back order and if they had the brand name instead. The staff was nice, but this review is more for CVS as a whole. I'm a US citizen, but have been out of the country for work for the past 6 years, so I don't have health insurance here. I recently returned for a visit. I needed some prescription eye drops. My doctor prescribed me a medication that I bought for US$7 in Africa, but this CVS tried to charge me US$2,000 here for the exact same medication. had to come back twice, service was very poor and still left with no prescription in my hand. If you expect to use your app plan to go to a real cvs.
