went through drive-thru 10/10/20 late that evening girl Desire I believe was her name had a nasty attitude. No greeting nor Thank You. Will have all my prescription sent down the street.

Their service is as slow as molasses in December. If my insurance will let me I will be moving my prescriptions to Kroger or Sam’s.
Sat on hold for 15 mins before someone answered the phone...service is horrible..if i can give them a zero rating I would!!!
Customer service is terrible!! The tech completely stopped waiting on me to serve the customer who drove up after I did. Guess who had to wait till she finished!! The pharmacist tried to justify it!! SMH
Their pharmacy drive thru is so slow! It takes them like 5 minutes til they come to the window. It’s ridiculous!
